The second round is set in the 2025 NBA playoffs, and action continues Thursday with Timberwolves vs. Warriors Game 2. Eight teams remain in the playoff bracket, and there have been some surprising results to kick off the second round. In the East, the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers find themselves up 2-0 against the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers, respectively. The East’s top two seeds combined to lose four home games this week, and three of those games featured stunning late-game comebacks.
In the West, the Oklahoma City Thunder bounced back with a blowout win over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday to even their series, 1-1. The Warriors are up 1-0 against the Wolves, but Stephen Curry will miss at least a week with a hamstring strain.
