Aaron Judge has been tearing the cover off the baseball through the first two months of the MLB season, and the New York Yankees star reminded fans on Sunday that he is capable of making plays in the field as well.
Judge laid out and made a diving catch during the bottom of the fifth inning of the Yankees’ game against the Athletics on Sunday. The A’s were trailing 11-2 with no outs and a runner on first when shortstop Jacob Wilson lifted a shallow fly ball to right field.
The ball looked like it had a chance to land for a base hit, but Judge dove and made the catch.
