Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on a roll with five straight 30+ point outings and looks poised for another big night with running mate Damian Lillard (calf) ruled out against the Philadelphia 76ers.

My best bet: Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 30.5 points (-130 at bet365)
My analysis
The Milwaukee Bucks finally snapped their four-game losing skid on Tuesday in a 133-123 win over the Phoenix Suns thanks to a 37-point, 11-assist showing from Giannis Antetokounmpo.
It marked the fifth straight game with at least 30 points for the Bucks superstar, who looks poised to put up another big number against the tanking Philadelphia 76ers.
If you’ve been following the Sixers at all over the last few months you already know they’re devoted to the tank with key players like Joel Embiid, Paul George, and Tyrese Maxey missing significant chunks of the season. But perhaps even more shocking has been Philly’s inability to play defense.
Since the All-Star break, the 76ers rank 29th in points against per game (122.5) as well as opponent field goal percentage (49.5%).
Not only does that bode well for Milwaukee’s offense, which has averaged 117 ppg over its last seven contests, but also for Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The Greek Freak is shooting an efficient 60.2% from the field this season and will likely get even more touches with Damian Lillard, the team’s second-highest scorer, set to miss his eighth straight contest.

If there’s anyone that can even try to keep up with Antetokounmpo for the 76ers, it’s Quentin Grimes, who’s stepped up as a legit offensive weapon for Philly as the team has weathered injuries to its top players. Grimes has scored 25+ points in nine of his last 11 contests and averaged 26.6 ppg in March.
Despite missing Lillard, the Bucks have continued to put up a healthy number of points, scoring at least 123 points in each of their last two outings. Kyle Kuzma, Brook Lopez, Kevin Porter Jr.,
and Ryan Rollins have each posted a 20+ point outing over that span so the Bucks still have enough depth to help support Antetokounmpo.
