Meet the Mets
The Mets certainly did not play their best baseball in the series finale against the White Sox and as such were not able to complete the sweep. Griffin Canning struggled and only lasted three innings, Brandon Waddell followed and also struggled, while the offense sputtered all afternoon. Mark Vientos supplied most of the offense with a three-run home run but the team needs to turn the page from this one.
