OUR OLIVIA HICKEY HAS THE STORY. WHEN TWO LOCAL KIDS HEADED TO THE PAYCOM CENTER FOR THE OKC VERSUS INDIANA MATCHUP, THEY EXPECTED TO SEE ALL OF THEIR FAVORITE PLAYERS ON THE COURT. WHAT THEY DIDN’T EXPECT IS TO WATCH THE GAME WITH AN NBA LEGEND. WE WERE LIKE STANDING UP TO HIM AND WE WERE LIKE AT HIS LEGS. LIKE MY HEAD WAS LIKE AT HIS WAIST. HIS HEAD WAS AT HIS. LIKE HE WAS SO BIG. I WAS LIKE HUGGING HIS LEG WHEN I GAVE HIM MY VIBE. MY HAND WAS LIKE LIKE A THREE QUARTERS OF HIS PALM. IF YOU GUESSED SHAQUILLE O’NEAL, YOU HIT IT RIGHT ON THE HEAD. WHEN THE LARGER THAN LIFE STAR SAT RIGHT NEXT TO NINE YEAR OLD BAKER, EVEN THEN, HE LEANED ON ME AND WAS LIKE HE AND HIS BROTHER CUTTER DID NOT EXPECT A NIGHT OF LAUGHS WITH THE ACCLAIMED ATHLETE AND ANALYST WHEN THERE WAS A BIG DUNK, HE TOOK OFF HIS GLASSES AND HE WAS LIKE, WHOA! INCLUDING KISS CAM ATTEMPTS. HE WAS LIKE, THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE. BASKETBALL TRIVIA AND PULLING COURTSIDE PRANKS, PICKPOCKETING A STAFF MEMBER MAKES NO ONE RAN OFF AND HE HAD A SHEET OF LIKE, WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. LIKE DURING THE TIMEOUTS AND HALFTIME. AND THEN SHAQ LOOKED AT BAKER AND WAS LIKE, GRAB IT OUT OF HIS POCKET. BAKER WAS LIKE, NO, I’M SCARED. AND I WAS LIKE, NO, IT’S OKAY, I’LL PROTECT YOU. SO BAKER GOT UP AND MY DAD LIKE, HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. AND HE TURNED. HE WAS LIKE, NO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? AND HE GRABBED IT AND GAVE IT TO SHAQ. AND THEN SHAQ WAS HOLDING IT AND DYING LAUGHING. THE SLAM DUNK OF THE NIGHT. THUNDER TYING THE FINALS, BLOWING THE PACERS OUT OF THE WATER. HOW’S IT FEEL KNOWING SHAQ IS A THUNDER FAN. HE’S CHEERING WITH YOU GUYS. YEAH I’M I’M PRETTY GLAD HE’S CHEERING FOR THE RIGHT TEAM. THE BROTHERS LEFT THE GAME SEEING A VICTORY AND STORIES THEY’LL BE TELLING FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. Oklahoma City kids enjoy courtside NBA game with Shaquille O’Neal
Two young Thunder fans from Oklahoma City had an unforgettable experience sitting courtside with NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal during a game at the Paycom Center.

The brothers enjoyed a night filled with laughter alongside the acclaimed athlete and analyst. “When there was a big dunk … he like took off his glasses and was like ‘Woahh,'” they recalled. The fun continued with kiss cam attempts, basketball trivia and even courtside pranks, including a playful pickpocketing incident involving a staff member.”The guy he pickpocketed, he was guarding the court to make sure no one ran off, and he had a sheet of like what they were gonna do during the timeout in halftime, and Shaq looked at Baker and said, ‘Grab it out of his pocket,’ and he said no, and he said ‘No, it’s okay, I’ll protect you,’ so Baker got up.
