The Toronto Raptors enter Sunday on a three-game winning streak, but it seems like they’ll try to get their tank back on track tonight as they’re resting both Immanuel Quickley and Jakob Poeltl against the lowly Philadelphia 76ers.
With a ton of talent sidelined for both teams, I’ll make the case for a low-scoring affair in my Raptors vs. 76ers predictions and NBA picks for Sunday, March 30.

My Raptors pick: Under 223.5 (-110 at PointsBet Canada)
My analysis
The Toronto Raptors cruised to a third straight victory on Friday with a 108-97 win over the Hornets, their fourth consecutive game to feature 216 points or fewer. In fact, Toronto’s last four games have averaged just 209 points.
I expect that trend to continue tonight as Toronto rests two key scorers, Immanuel Quickley and Jakob Poeltl, against the sputtering Philadelphia 76ers.
The Raptors have averaged about 110 ppg in March with Quickley (20.4 ppg) and Poeltl (18.1 ppg) accounting for 35% of the team’s offense. RJ Barrett and Scottie Barnes will likely step up their production tonight, but it’ll be difficult for a weak offensive lineup to make up the difference.
The Sixers enter play on a seven-game skid and are still without Tyrese Maxey (finger), while Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee) also joined the team’s lengthy injury list earlier this month. Philly’s offense is solely in the hands of Quentin Grimes, who’s been sensational in his increased role with 27.5 ppg in March.
Still, the tanking 76ers are averaging just 107.8 ppg over their last six contests and should have another quiet night against a tight Raps defense that ranks sixth among all teams this month (109.3 papg).

This one has all the makings of a low-scoring slog, but someone’s gotta put up some points. For the Raps, that’s RJ Barrett. For the Sixers, that’s Quentin Grimes.
Barrett has scored 17+ points in five of his last seven contests and should be able to hit 20 with both Jakob Poeltl and Immanuel Quickley sitting this one out.
Meanwhile, Grimes is Philly’s only offensive weapon, scoring 25+ points in eight of his last 10 games.
