
Saturday afternoon’s Cardinals-Red Sox game was postponed after a delay of 2 hours and 8 minutes at Fenway Park.
Weather permitting, it will be made up on Sunday as part of a split doubleheader. The makeup game will be at 1:35 p.m. on NESN with the regularly scheduled game at 7:10 on ESPN.
Tickets for Saturday’s game will be good for the 1:35 p.m. game.
The Red Sox will pitch lefthander Sean Newcomb in Game 1. They have not selected a starter for the second game. The Cardinals will stay on turn with righthanders Andre Pallante and Miles Mikolas.
