
The Dallas Cowboys reportedly pursued another notable wide receiver before they acquired George Pickens in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this week.
The Cowboys had made it a priority to find a No. 2 wide receiver behind CeeDee Lamb, and they explored a number of possibilities before landing Pickens. One player they inquired about was Rashod Bateman of the Baltimore Ravens.
Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reported on Friday that the Cowboys reached out to Baltimore while exploring wideout upgrades.
