For the third straight year, the Florida Panthers are heading to the Stanley Cup Finals. After a ferocious two-goal rally in 30 seconds of the second period against the Carolina Hurricanes, the Panthers held on to win 5-3 and eliminate Carolina in the Eastern Conference Finals for the second time in three years.
The Panthers comeback was sparked by a familiar foe for the Canes in Matthew Tkachuk, who scored two game-winning goals in the teams first ECF meeting in 2023.
