One half of the Western Conference semifinals is now set.
It’ll be Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in the second round of the NBA Playoffs.
The NBA script delivered. No better follow for the Clippers-Nuggets series than SGA vs Jokic. There’s a very good chance that one guy will be hoisting the MVP trophy with the other guy looking on.
The Nuggets annihilated the Clippers, 120-101, in Game 7 Saturday in Denver to advance.
