Koby Brea and Otega Oweh — two of the Kentucky Wildcats’ best players this past season — are putting in work at this week’s NBA Draft Combine.
The two guards participated in scrimmages on Wednesday, and both had their fair share of “moments.”
First, Otega Oweh helped lead his team (Team Lazare) to a comfortable victory over Team Domercant. He made four of his eight field goal attempts to score 10 points, grab three rebounds, and dish out as many assists.
Oweh also had quite the game on defense, helping out his teammates with two off-ball steals and a blocked shot. It was noted that he played very well with his performance being something that would be hard to miss.
Otega Oweh was a “standout” in the first 5-on-5 scrimmage of the NBA Draft Combine.

Meanwhile, Brea played for Team Mueller in a narrow victory over Team Williams.
Brea went just 2-8 from the field but did make one of his three-point attempts and found another bucket along the way.

While Brea is still drawing projects to be drafted in the second round, Otega Oweh has yet to commit to the NBA Draft or a return to Kentucky. He’ll have to make up his mind soon, though, and Big Blue Nation can only hope that it’s a decision to return to Lexington.
